A Coastal Estate Built for Storytelling

We love working with location scouts, production companies, and creative teams and we want the process to be as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Below you'll find everything you need to know before booking our space. We ask for at least 48–72 hours advance notice for all bookings. Please note that crew size is limited — get in touch and we'll let you know the maximum for your specific shoot type. And if you're running over time on the day, overtime rates will apply, so plan accordingly! Specific areas of the property may carry additional fees. Cancellation and overtime policies will be outlined in your location agreement. Reach out and we'll send you a full rate card. All productions are required to carry general liability insurance (minimum $1–2M) with our property listed as an additional insured. We're happy to host a wide range of productions — stills, video, commercials, independent film, TV, and more. That said, there are a few things we need to agree on in advance: Open flames, pyrotechnics, smoke machines, and water effects require prior approval Vehicles, heavy equipment, or cranes on the property must be discussed ahead of time No alterations to the space — that means no nailing, painting, or moving fixed elements without written approval Please be mindful of local noise ordinances, which we're happy to brief you on. We take pride in this property and we know you will too. Here's what we ask: Stick to the areas included in your booking — some parts of the property are off-limits Handle all furniture and items with care; let us know in advance if you need anything moved Restore the property to its original condition before you wrap Catering is welcome in designated areas [we offer catering too] — no cooking on-site unless pre-approved All trash and production waste should leave with your crew On the day of the shoot: No smoking inside the property Pets — please ask us in advance Parking for crew vehicles is available; we'll share details at booking Please be considerate of our neighbors, we want them to be happy you are there too. After the shoot: At wrap, we'll do a walkthrough inspection together so both parties are happy. Every booking requires a signed location agreement that includes usage rights for images and footage featuring the property.
