House Rules ​Booking Times: Your booking includes setup and pack-down time. Please ensure you have cleared the space by the end of your booked slot to avoid overtime charges (typically charged at 1.5x the hourly rate). ​Flooring & Furniture: Please use "tennis balls" or mats under heavy equipment/light stands to protect the floors. If you need to move large furniture items, please lift them rather than dragging. ​Smoking & Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping indoor space. ​Kitchen Use: The kitchen is available for lifestyle shoots and prep. Please clean any used dishes or surfaces before departure. (Note: Please oven/hob/extractor is for "prop use only". ​Waste Management: Please take large bags of rubbish with you or ensure they are tied and placed in the designated bin area. ​Noise: We are a production-friendly space, but please be mindful of our neighbors when playing music or using high-decibel equipment. ​Decorations: No glitter, confetti, or open flames (candles) without prior written consent. No tape or adhesives that leave residue on the walls. ​ ​"Please ensure talent and crew do not eat or drink on the sofa/soft furnishings. Any stains requiring professional cleaning will be charged back to the guest."
