Affordable Natural Light Cyc Wall Studio w/ Free Lighting & Equipment

Rules can be waived if you make a formal request with the host! Please also see the add-ons section for rule waivers. Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP and CLEANUP and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. We are happy to give you a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking unless there is another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended. Shoe Covers are provided and MUST be worn in the Cyclorama Wall area by all guests except Talent. A repainting & damage fee will be accessed for any damage to the Cyclorama Wall structure or excessive wear to any part of the Cyclorama area. DO NOT step on or put any weight on the bottom curved portion of the Cyclorama Wall. NO EATING. There is a food truck in the outdoor parking lot and a restaurant on the first floor by the elevator. NO SMOKING NO DRINKING (Except Water / Coffee) NO ANIMALS/PETS NO LOUD MUSIC NO GLITTER TURN OFF AIR CONDITIONER / HEATER BEFORE LEAVING Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture. NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for. Ring camera(s) record video in non-private areas for claims, overages, safety, and rule enforcement. Audio is not recorded. Guests will be charged $10 per foot for any damage to the paper backdrops. The host reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, i.e. Removing No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests. Please see the add-on section for rule waivers.
