Architects Studio / Office

We kindly ask all guests and production teams to respect our working architecture studio and follow these guidelines during their visit. Furniture and studio items: Furniture, books, architectural models and decorative items may only be moved with prior permission. All items must be returned to their original positions at the end of the shoot. Bespoke furniture and timber-lined walls: Please take particular care around the bespoke sit-stand desk, timber-lined walls and architectural finishes. Equipment must not be leaned against walls or furniture, and protective coverings should be used where necessary. Workshop and equipment: The workshop may be used as a filming or photography location, but tools, machinery and equipment must not be operated or moved without prior permission. Office materials and confidentiality: Knox Bhavan is a working architectural practice. Please respect confidential drawings, documents, computers and project materials. These must not be photographed, filmed or handled without permission. Kitchen: The industrial-style basement kitchen may be used for photography and filming. Any cooking, food preparation or use of kitchen equipment must be agreed in advance. Garden and koi pond: Please respect the garden, planting and koi fish pond. No equipment or materials should be placed in or around the pond without permission. Fish must not be touched or fed. Care of the property: Please treat all architectural features, furniture, artwork and finishes with care. No drilling, fixing, painting or attaching anything to walls or surfaces without prior approval. Access and restricted areas: Only areas agreed as part of the booking may be used. Please do not enter private storage areas or access studio equipment without permission. Noise and neighbours: Please be considerate of neighbouring properties and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly when filming outside. Cleaning and rubbish: The studio must be left clean and tidy. All rubbish, props, equipment and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking. End of shoot: Please ensure all furniture and studio items are returned to their original positions, equipment is removed and the space is left as it was found.
