• No parties or large social gatherings • Bookings are for the confirmed number of guests only • Shoes off policy • Respectful use of the pool and sauna at all times • No glass near the pool area • Towels must be used when seating or using soft furnishings • No smoking or vaping • Any equipment or furniture moved must be returned to its original position • Setup and pack-down must be completed within the booked time • Overtime is charged at the hourly rate • No music after 10pm Production-specific • Please provide a brief overview of your shoot or booking in advance • No drilling, painting or alterations • Any water-based or high-risk activities must be discussed beforehand • Lighting and equipment are welcome but must be used responsibly • The space must be left in the condition it was found The host may be present on site or nearby during bookings.
