• All bookings must be for the purpose agreed in advance. Private gatherings, exhibitions and listening events are welcome; raves and club nights are not permitted. • No smoking or vaping inside the building. • Setup, deliveries and pack-down must take place within your booked hours. All guests, belongings and hired equipment must leave by the agreed finish time. • Guest and crew numbers must stay within the agreed capacity. Entrances, exits and escape routes must remain clear at all times. • Use of the sound system, DJ booth, instruments and studio props requires prior agreement. Please do not adjust sound-system settings without permission. • External catering and bring-your-own alcohol are permitted for agreed private events. Alcohol must not be sold or included in paid tickets or packages without advance agreement and appropriate licensing. • Please obtain permission before moving furniture, shelving or studio equipment. Any items moved must be returned to their original positions. • No glitter or confetti. Decorations, adhesives, fixings and any equipment that could mark the walls or floor require prior approval. • Candles, open flames and smoke or haze machines are not permitted without prior written approval. • Please report spills, damage or equipment issues to the studio manager promptly.
