DON'T move furnitures, it is the best way to break something (and we don't want that) DON'T Remove the wall decors from the walls since they are pretty heavy and also very fragile (glass) No pets allowed. No drinking (no alcohol). No cooking. No exhibition on the street, front yard is exposed to the street (backyard has privacy). Thank you for your respect for the space and furnitures, Treat it as if it were your own, this place is not only a business one, but also a home. *PRICING: 1-9 guests - 60$ p/h 10-19 guests - 80$ p/h 20-29 guests - 105$ p/h 30-80 guests - 135$ p/h *When reaching out please include the following: *Total number of crew & talents desired date(s) *Exact hours will need including load-in load-out. *Spaces being utilized by the production. *DAMAGES -- accidents happens BUT I do require that all guets inform me if anything is damaged during their use. Client is reponsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the open space itself during their stay. *Client have full rights to use of photos, film and other media from their session or shoot. *Please don't move furnitures as it is the best way to damage it by accident. *Cleaning: You will be responsible to return all as it was as my cleaning fee is only 5$ so please do your best! *SAVE ENERGY: I also ask you turn off the lights when you leave (I am highly save energy concerned). *NO SEXUALLY EXPLICIT including PORNOGRAPHY.
