House Rules To help ensure every production runs smoothly, we kindly ask all guests and production crews to respect the following house rules. General Please treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. A named production representative must be present on site at all times. Myself (or a representative) will remain on site throughout the booking. The number of cast and crew must not exceed the agreed booking unless agreed in advance. All bookings must include sufficient public liability insurance. Furniture & Styling Furniture and decorative items may be moved only with prior permission and must be returned to their original position before departure. Please do not drag furniture across wooden or LVT flooring. No nails, screws, hooks, adhesives or tape may be attached to walls, ceilings, windows or furniture without prior approval. Any temporary dressing or set decoration must be agreed in advance. Flooring & Equipment Protective floor coverings must be used when bringing in heavy equipment. Camera dollies, lighting rigs and heavy equipment should have suitable protection to prevent damage. Please take extra care around original features, fireplaces and decorative lighting. No glitter, fake snow, confetti, coloured powders or smoke effects without prior approval. No open flames or candles unless agreed in advance. No drilling or permanent fixings. No painting, spraying or use of aerosols inside the property. No overnight storage of equipment unless previously arranged. Generators must be positioned outside the property and agreed in advance. Kitchen The kitchen may be used for filming unless otherwise agreed. Please do not use household food or drink. Any catering should be arranged in advance. Garden & Outdoor Areas Outdoor filming is welcome within the booked areas. Please avoid damaging lawns, borders and planting. Noise Please be respectful of our neighbours. Music and amplified sound should be kept to reasonable levels, particularly early in the morning and during the evening. Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, with cigarette ends disposed of responsibly. Animals No animals are allowed on the property. Children Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parking Off-road parking is available for up to three vehicles. Additional vehicles should park only in agreed locations and must not block neighbouring driveways. Cleaning Please leave the property in the same condition in which it was found. All rubbish, props and equipment must be removed before departure unless otherwise agreed. Damage Any accidental damage must be reported immediately. Productions are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused during the booking. Before You Leave Return all furniture and accessories to their original positions. Turn off lights and electrical equipment. Lock all doors and windows if you are the last to leave. Ensure the property is left clean, tidy and secure.
