Biophilic Therapy Clinic

The clinic is within a shared building. Hirers must respect the space, other organisations, residents and neighbours throughout the booking. Privacy: Clinical records, computers, locked storage and confidential/staff-only materials must not be accessed, moved, photographed or filmed. Access & communal areas: Hire is limited to the clinic and agreed access routes. Building communal areas are not included and cannot be used for filming, equipment or production activities. Crew size: All crew and guest numbers must be agreed in advance and must not exceed the agreed capacity without approval. Furniture & décor: Furniture and plants may be carefully repositioned but must be returned to their original locations. Significant furniture movement requires prior approval. Walls & surfaces: Carpets, floors, windows, walls and other surfaces must be appropriately protected. Nothing may be attached to them without approval. Any damage will be repaired or replaced at the hirer’s expense. Equipment: Equipment must be used carefully and must not damage the space. Large, heavy or specialist equipment must be discussed in advance. Overtime: Setup, shooting, breakdown and equipment removal must all take place within the booked hours. Additional time may be charged as overtime. Cleaning: The space must be left as found, with rubbish removed and furniture returned. The hirer is responsible for any additional cleaning costs resulting from the booking. Damage: The hirer is responsible for damage caused by their cast, crew, guests or equipment and for associated repair, replacement or restoration costs. Animals: Animals require prior approval. Candles & flames: Candles, naked flames and other sources of ignition require prior approval. Special activities: Special effects, smoke/fog effects, weapons or replica weapons, and stunts require prior approval. Insurance: Professional productions must hold appropriate insurance, including public liability insurance, and may be asked to provide evidence of cover. Please discuss any unusual requirements with us in advance. We will accommodate requests wherever reasonably possible.
