Booking & Payment All bookings must be confirmed with full payment and a signed hire agreement. A refundable security deposit may be required for certain bookings. Time & Access Bookings are time-specific. All setup, activity, and pack-up must occur within the booked period. Overruns will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Capacity & Use Maximum capacity: 15–20 people for training on the gym floor. Additional attendees require booking the private studio. Only the areas booked may be used. Unauthorized use of other spaces is not permitted. Equipment Equipment is included in the hire. Please handle all items with care. Any damage caused during your booking will be charged. Safety & Conduct All users must adhere to standard gym safety practices. No dangerous stunts, misuse of equipment, or unsafe activities are allowed. Any accidents or injuries must be reported immediately. Noise & Disruption Be considerate of other users and members in shared areas if the booking is non-exclusive. Cleanliness The space must be left tidy and in the same condition as found. All rubbish and personal items must be removed at the end of the booking. Cancellation & Changes Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing. Specific terms will apply per your hire agreement. Photography & Filming Content may be captured during your hire, but please respect any other users and areas not included in your booking.
