House Rules • Booking Hours: Your booking time must include your setup, shoot, and full pack-down. The crew must be completely packed up and leaving the property by the end time of the reservation to avoid automatic overtime charges. • Capacity: A strict maximum of 10 people are allowed on site unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot day. • Footwear Policy: Outside shoes must be removed upon entry. Soft indoor shoes or disposable shoe covers (provided on-site) must be worn by the crew to protect the polished floor tiles. • Smoking & Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the house will result in an immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund. • Cleanliness: The space must be left in the exact condition it was found. All trash generated by the production must be bagged up and placed in the designated bins before departure. Additional Terms & Logistics • Public Liability Insurance (PLI): All commercial brands, corporate productions, and agency bookings must provide a copy of a valid Public Liability Insurance certificate at least 48 hours prior to the shoot day. • Floor & Wall Protection: Heavy equipment (such as light stands, tripods, or heavy kit cases) must have rubber feet, or tennis balls/towels placed underneath. Dragging furniture across the polished tile flooring is strictly prohibited. • Moving Furniture: Minor styling adjustments (moving small chairs or styling items) are allowed, but everything must be returned to its original position before checking out. Large furniture items cannot be moved without host permission. • Parking Logistics: Crews must utilize the large private block-paved driveway, which safely fits up to 5 vehicles. Please do not block access to neighboring driveways or park on the residential curbs. • Catering & Cooking: The kitchen is fully available for food staging and content creation. If the kitchen appliances (oven, hob) are required for active cooking segments, please notify the host in advance so specific safety guidelines can be provided
