All bookings depend on the Venue being available. Where You make this booking on behalf of another person they must authorise you to make the booking on their behalf on the basis of these booking conditions. You must give us full details of any event or exhibition you wish/intend to hold at the venue before you book. We have the right to refuse any booking, for any lawful reason before we send you your written confirmation. We may offer you the opportunity to hire equipment as indicated on the online booking form. The equipment shall at all times remain on our property. The Equipment shall remain at the sole risk of you during the rental period and any further term during which the Equipment is in your possession, custody or control (Risk Period) until such time as the equipment is redelivered to us.
