House rules: No smoking inside the property. No loud music or disruptive noise. Please keep noise at a respectful residential level. No parties or large gatherings without prior written approval. All booking time must include setup, load-in, breakdown, and cleanup. Furniture and decor may only be moved with prior approval and must be returned to original placement. No nails, screws, tape, or adhesive on walls, floors, windows, doors, or surfaces without approval. No glitter, confetti, open flame, smoke machines, or hazardous materials. No cooking, catering setup, or alcohol service without prior approval. Pets, minors, and large equipment must be disclosed and approved in advance. Rooftop access must be used safely and responsibly. No climbing, leaning over railings, or unsafe behavior. Guests must remain within approved rental areas. Trash must be removed or placed in approved bins at the end of the booking. Any damage to the property, furniture, fixtures, walls, floors, rooftop, appliances, or landscaping will be the responsibility of the guest/production. Parking & access: Back gate entrance is approximately 3 meters wide. Parking is available onsite and/or street parking depending on booking needs. Please confirm parking requirements in advance. Load-in/load-out details should be discussed before the booking. Power & production needs: Standard 120V outlets are available. Any high-power lighting, generators, special equipment, rooftop equipment, or exterior setups must be approved in advance. Additional terms: Overtime is billed according to the platform’s overtime policy. A location representative may be onsite during the booking. Certificate of insurance may be required for larger productions, commercial shoots, or events. Permits, if required for the production/event, are the responsibility of the guest/production. Host reserves the right to end the booking if house rules are violated or if activity becomes unsafe, disruptive, or outside the approved use.
