Central Cambridge Natural Light Studio

1. Respect the space Please treat the studio, props, and equipment with care. If something gets damaged or broken during your booking, let us know as soon as possible so we can sort it fairly. 2. Leave it as you found it The studio should be returned to its original setup by the end of your booking. This includes: Returning furniture and props to their place Removing rubbish Wiping down surfaces if needed Additional cleaning or reset time may be charged if the space is left untidy. 3. Booking time includes setup & pack-down Your booking time includes arrival, setup, shooting, and pack-down. Please allow enough time so you can exit promptly at the end of your slot. 4. Props & sets You’re welcome to use the props and sets included in your booking unless stated otherwise. Please don’t: Stand on furniture Use props in unsafe ways Remove props or furniture from the studio If you’re unsure about using something, just ask. 5. Equipment use Any equipment provided must be used by someone confident and experienced. If equipment is damaged due to misuse, repair or replacement costs may apply. 6. Shoes, food & drink Clean shoes only in the studio No food or drink near backdrops, sets or equipment Drinks must have lids Please clean up any spills immediately. 7. Children & pets Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are only allowed with prior approval. 8. Noise & neighbours Please be mindful of noise levels, especially music to respect neighbouring businesses and residents. 9. Maximum capacity Please do not exceed the maximum number of people stated in your booking. If you need extra people, contact us in advance. 10. No smoking or candles Smoking, vaping, open flames or candles are not permitted anywhere in the studio. 11. Access & security Only the people listed in the booking are allowed access to the studio. Please don’t prop doors open or allow unbooked guests in. 12. Filming & content use All filming and photographing to be kept inside the studio if it involves nudity. If you use the shared courtyard during your booking, please be respectful and mindful of neighbouring businesses and the public.
