We’d love to welcome back repeat clients and hope everyone can benefit from taking care of the property for our continued enjoyment. To that end, let’s go over the house rules: — ADDITIONAL FEES: Fees for overage of the scheduled time you have booked will be assessed at 1.5x the booked hourly rate. Additional feels also apply to the usage of the lower level of the home, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, plumbing fixtures, wet sauna/steam room, and bedroom balconies. Nudity is allowed, but filming on beds is a paid feature. See "Add-Ons" for a list of additional paid services. — Pets and animals of any kind and for all intents and purposes are strictly prohibited on the property unless approved by the host prior to arrival. Unapproved pets/animals brought onto the property for any period of time will incur an immediate charge of $1000 per day per animal/pet. Please message the host with details and pictures for pet/animal approval. — Smoking is prohibited throughout all parts of the house, both indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is NOT allowed in and around all parts of the property. Littering on the property is prohibited. Littering and smoking in or around the property will incur an immediate charge of $1000 per occurrence. — SHOES DURING PRODUCTIONS: It is a requirement for all production personnel to wear shoe covers (provided) while inside the home. Shoe Covers must be removed during all outside activity (including the garage and the balconies), and must be placed back on prior to stepping onto the interior flooring. Actors may wear clean shoes indoors without shoe covers as/when needed for periods of filming and photographs. Additional fees will apply for cleaning of floors and other surfaces. — Tampering with and/or destroying safety, security (including the cameras), communications, and entertainment equipment is strictly prohibited. All violations will be reported to the booking platform immediately and may result in early termination of your stay and revocation of your security deposit, to the maximum extent allowed by law and the booking platform’s terms. — A cleaning fee may apply to your booking depending on the length of your usage and the details involved. Please be sure you discuss cleaning fees with us. — Other rules and restrictions as conveyed by the host and owner of the property will apply as needed and as conveyed periodically throughout your stay. Violation of any house rule shall be cause for extra fees, revocation of a portion or all of the amounts in deposit, an immediate report to the platform, and/or immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
