Our home is a cosy Victorian property in the lovely village of Kings Langley, full of character and a relaxed cottage feel. With original sash windows, period features, and lots of personal touches throughout, the space feels warm, lived-in, and genuinely homely rather than overly styled.

The open-plan living space brings in loads of natural light and gives the house a bright, spacious feel, while the wood burner adds an extra cosy touch. 

The house is always kept clean and tidy, making it an easy and comfortable space for productions to work in.

Outside, there’s a large tiered garden that’s really well looked after, with plenty of greenery and flowers. There is a decking area at the garden, and also a lower patio area. 

The local area has a real mix of countryside and slightly urban feel and it is in very close proximity to London. Apsley Railway Station is around a 10-minute walk away, and there’s plenty of on-street parking nearby, about 100 yards from the house, the properties have driveways so the roadside parking along from us is plentiful. 

We often receive comments that our home is charming and welcoming.
