**House Rules & Additional Terms** **Permitted Use:** The apartment is available for pre-booked photography, filming, podcast recording, content creation and other agreed creative projects. Please provide details of your intended use when booking. **Guest Numbers:** The number of people attending must be agreed in advance. Any additional guests, crew members or visitors require prior approval. **Noise:** Please keep noise at a reasonable level and be considerate of neighbours, particularly when recording audio or filming. **Furniture & Decor:** Furniture and decorative items may be carefully repositioned for your shoot but must be returned to their original positions before departure. Please do not attach anything to walls or use fixtures in a way that could cause damage. **Equipment & Props:** All equipment, props and lighting must be used safely and responsibly. Please take care around furniture, mirrors, walls and flooring. **Smoking & Vaping:** Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. **Food & Drink:** Please keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy and clean up any spills promptly. Outside catering is permitted with prior agreement. **Cleanliness:** Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it, dispose of rubbish appropriately and return all items to their original places. **Booking Times:** Access is limited to the agreed booking period, including setup and pack-down. Additional time must be approved in advance and may incur an extra charge. **Damage:** Any accidental damage, breakages or issues must be reported to the host as soon as possible. **Respect for the Property:** No parties, illegal activities or unauthorised overnight stays are permitted. Please respect the apartment, building rules and neighbouring residents. **Access & Departure:** Please follow the host's check-in and check-out instructions. Ensure lights and appliances are switched off and the property is secured when leaving.
