• No smoking, vaping, fog machines, smoke effects, or open flames. • No animals permitted. • Please treat the space, furniture, and props with care. Any damage caused during your booking may incur a repair or replacement charge. • Nails, screws, drilling, adhesives, tape, or any method that may damage walls, floors, furniture, or props are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained. • Furniture may be moved, but must be lifted rather than dragged and returned to its original position before the end of the booking. • Please avoid outdoor shoes on furniture, rugs, benches, and soft furnishings. • Music is welcome, however excessive noise that may disturb neighbouring occupiers is not permitted. • The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Waste should be bagged and left neatly within the studio. • For events, the floor must be hoovered before departure. • Event bookings are subject to a £300 refundable damage deposit, returned within 48 hours following the booking provided the space is left in good condition and no damage has occurred. • The hirer is responsible for all guests, suppliers, and contractors attending during their booking. • By booking the space, you agree to comply with all house rules and terms of hire.
