Property Protection & Care Floor Protection: Heavy equipment, tripods, light stands, and high-traffic indoor areas must be covered with floor protection (layout board or floor runners) before setup begins. Furniture & Decor: No moving of furniture, wall art, or fixtures without prior approval from the host. Any moved items must be returned to their original position before wrap. No Wall Alterations: No nails, screws, pins, or damaging tapes may be applied to walls or surfaces. Pre-approved low-tack painter's tape only. Outbuildings & Garden Frame: Climbing on the old play frame is done at the crew's own risk; structural weights/rigs must not be attached to it without prior permission. Noise: Shooting Hours: standard shoot hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM unless night filming is agreed in advance. Outdoor Sound: As an end-of-terrace property with neighbors directly adjoining, exterior amplification, loud music, or elevated noise levels in the 130ft garden must stop by 7:00 PM. Exterior Lighting: High-powered lights set up in the rear garden directed toward adjacent properties must shut down by 10:00 PM. Crew Conduct & Operations Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house or outbuildings. Permitted only in designated outdoor driveway areas with proper ash trays provided by the crew. Catering & Waste: Eating and drinking are restricted to designated areas (e.g., kitchen/dining space or driveway support area). The crew is responsible for removing all trash and production waste at the end of the booking. Restrooms: there is one bathroom, crews over 15 people must supply a portable toilet facility Insurance: Proof of Public Liability Insurance (PLI) before crew arrival.
