"Weren’t helpful even though we had agreed I could pay for more time (running late etc). On the day said I Couldn’t. Lost money" Host response: "Hey Paul, I hope you are well. I read your review and wanted to get in touch as i don’t believe its reflective of what happened on the day. You booked the apartment from 12 pm - 2 pm on Saturday, plus 1 hour pencilled in if you needed it. We got a call from you at 1.40 pm at the day of the booking saying that you were on your way, we had plans after your booking finished and couldn’t re arrange them, especially with no notice. We did offer you the space until 2.45 pm at no extra charge; however, you decided not to take it. Im sorry you felt this was unacceptable; however, we are a professional service, and we do hope that people who want to work with us uphold professionalism and understand cancellation T&C’s."
