Thank you for booking with Silverspace Studios. We look forward to hosting you & your crew for your booking. We have studio house rules that we kindly ask hirers to follow. Below the house rules you will find the wifi password & parking instructions. 1. Please leave the studio in clean and tidy condition as it was found prior to your booking. 2. Please wear the provided foot socks at all times in studio B. This is to protect and keep the infinity cove and flooring clean from outside dirt, debris and surface scratches. 3. Please leave the makeup area in a clean and tidy condition as it was found prior to your booking. We recommend using towels on the counters before starting to apply makeup. 4. Please leave the changing room in a clean and tidy condition as it was found prior to your booking. 5. Hangers for the clothing rail are available in the office, a £10 cash deposit or form of ID is required and will be returned once all hangers have been returned to the office. 6. Any studio furniture including all Sofas, Tables, Chairs and Plants can be used as props. please consult a member of staff when lifting heavy objects 7. Please do not put items that contain loose liquid substances into the bin e.g coffee, water, soft drinks. 8. If your bin bags are full please ask a member of staff for a new bin bag (DO NOT OVER LOAD THE BINS WITH RUBBISH). 9. Please do not drag equipment e.g stands, tripods, lights or props on the infinity cove and floor. Please lift said items safely, if you are by yourself ask a member of staff for help. 10. Please respect the toilets and leave them clean and tidy, please dispose of sanitary items in a hygienic manner in the bin provided in the right side toilet cubicle. 11. Any plates, cutlery or glasses borrowed from the bar must be returned by yourself after use. 13. Cleaning items are available in the office such as wipes, bin bags etc. 14. Please ask a member of staff if you need any items WIFI Wifi is available, please a member of staff PARKING Free parking is available on site for studios A, B & Lifestyle Studio Parking is located in car park A behind the building (Please ask reception for access). Car park B is located to the right of the building under the DLR train bridge. Once parked please head into the reception/bar and give your vehicle registration details & length of time you wish to park to a member of staff who will validate your parking.
