No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property Furniture may be moved for shots but must be returned to its original position before you leave No fixing equipment (gels, tape, pins, adhesives) directly to walls, ceilings, or painted surfaces No open flames, smoke machines, or confetti/glitter without prior approval Crew numbers must match what's agreed at booking — no unannounced additions Access is via lift to the 6th floor; please keep noise reasonable in communal areas and stairwells out of respect for other residents No food or drink directly on soft furnishings; use provided coasters/protection All rubbish and packaging must be removed or bagged for collection — space should be left as found Standard access hours 8am–8pm; overtime beyond agreed booking window charged at [TBC] rate Damages beyond normal wear will be charged from the security deposit at cost
