A resident cat lives at the property. During shoots she can usually be kept securely in the private office, which is not included in the hire. There may occasionally be some noise from her. If the production requires the cat to be completely off-site, this can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Booked hours must include all set-up, shooting and pack-down time. Overtime must be agreed in advance where possible and will be charged additionally. The space is best suited to crews of up to 10 people. Larger crews are not normally accepted unless agreed in advance. Furniture and styling items may be moved with prior agreement, but must be handled carefully and returned to their original position before departure. Please discuss any significant set dressing, large props, unusual equipment or changes to the space in advance. The kitchen is included as a shoot location, but standard location hire does not include use of household crockery, glassware, cutlery, cookware or kitchen equipment for catering or food preparation. Functional kitchen use can be arranged in advance for an additional fee: - Light kitchen / catering use: £75 - Full kitchen use including cooking, oven/hob, dishwasher or significant use of household items: from £150 Productions are responsible for leaving the kitchen clean, removing food and disposing of waste. Excess cleaning or rubbish removal may be charged additionally. Please do not use personal food, drinks or household consumables unless agreed in advance. No smoking inside the property.
