Floor Protection: All heavy equipment, tripods, and lighting stands must be fitted with tennis balls or rubber "feet," or placed on protective mats (floor layout board) to protect the original hardwood and tiling. Wall Care: No "sticky tack," tape, or adhesives are to be used on the painted walls. Please keep a safe distance between equipment and wall surfaces to prevent scuffs on the editorial finishes. Furniture & Styling: Large furniture items must not be moved without prior consent. Please use "lift, don't drag" practices for smaller pieces, and ensure all props are returned to their original positions at the end of the shoot. Food & Drink: We ask that all catering and "craft services" stay within the designated kitchen or dining areas. Only bottled water is permitted in the carpeted or jewel-toned rooms. Smoking & Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, including the internal courtyard and immediate entryway. Waste Management: All production waste and recycling must be removed from the site at the end of the booking; our domestic bins cannot accommodate commercial waste.
