1. Don’t drag or push furniture on the floor. They are original hardwood floors from 1908. Please lift up or use a dolly. 2. No smoking/fire/candles inside. Fog machine ok. 3. If you move furniture, put them back at their original location. 4. Keep the gate for the freight leading to the street locked when not attended. Leave the keys in the lock box next to it. 5. Bookings may run back to back so we ask that you are loaded out by the end of your booking time and that you leave the space the space tidy for a smooth turnover.
