1. Booking Requirements: -All bookings must include setup and breakdown time -Overtime is charged according to platform policy or prior agreement 2. Crew & Guest Limit - Total cast and crew must be disclosed prior to the shoot. - No unauthorized personnel allowed on the property 3. Areas of use: - Only first floor can be used for filming, staging, or storage - Bedrooms and personal closets are off- limits unless otherwise discussed 4. Protective Measures - Floor and Furniture protection must be used - no nailing, drilling, or permanent fixtures allowed on any surface 5. Furniture and Decor: - Furniture and Decor may not be moved without approval - All items must be returned to their original place before wrap 6. Cleaning and Trash: - Production is responsible for general tidiness during and after the shoot - All trash must be bagged and removed from the property 7. Smoking - No smoking in home. Smoking can be done in back or front yard. 8. Damage Policy - any damage to the property, furnishings, or finishes will be billed to the production 9. Parking - Street parking must not block driveways of neighbors 10. Security Cameras - Security Cameras may be on in common areas for property protection (notify production accordingly)
