Additional Terms
Ideally needs to be between 7am & 11pm as outside that time is quiet hours for the building, however allowances can be discussed. I'm happy to be out as long as needed with enough notice - just need to respect residents in other flats. There's a loading bay big enough for a small truck in the main courtyard which can access the lift or the wide stairs - the flat is on the 3rd floor.
