-Maximum of 100 total guests -Outside catering is allowed -All outdoor activities must conclude by 10 pm on Friday and Saturday and 9pm Sunday through Thursday -All loud indoor activities must conclude by 10 pm on Friday and Saturday and 9pm Sunday through Thursday *IMPORTANT - If you see any flashing lights, this is a warning that the sound levels are too high, and need to be reduced -All entrances and outdoor spaces (including patios and the pool area) are monitored via security cameras -No street parking -No parking in the garage -The driveway to the guesthouse must remain clear -All cars must be parked on the property in designated parking areas. Any vehicle parked inappropriately will be required to move. -Special Event Insurance is required for gatherings with over 50 guests -Events with over 75 guests will require additional toilet rentals -No indoor smoking or vaping -Beds are off limits- any bed needing to be remade will be an additional fee -Cigarette butts or excess littler that is not properly disposed of will result in additional fees -No illicit drug use or illegal activities of any kind -Police involvement for any reason or obstruction of these rules may result in immediate eviction with no refunds, and/or additional fees
