Flexible Content Creation Space

Please treat the studio, furniture, and equipment with care. No smoking or vaping inside the studio. Food and drinks are welcome, but please keep the space clean and dispose of all rubbish before leaving. Furniture and props may be moved but must be returned to their original positions before the end of your booking. Any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment must be reported immediately. Music is welcome at a reasonable volume to respect our neighbours. Only the number of guests included in the booking may enter the studio unless agreed in advance. Overtime is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pets are only permitted with prior approval. Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. By booking the studio, you agree to follow these house rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
