No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building. No overnight stays. The space is available for shoots, meetings, workshops, dinners, and intimate events only. No loud parties, DJs, club-style events, or disruptive gatherings. All guests must respect the neighbors, common areas, stairwell, elevator, and building entrance. Noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. No amplified music unless approved in advance. Outside catering is allowed with prior approval. Caterers must leave the kitchen and service areas clean and remove all food, equipment, and waste at the end of the booking. Alcohol is allowed only with prior approval and must be served responsibly. No alcohol service after 10:00 PM. Furniture and decor may be moved only with prior approval and must be returned to their original position before departure. No dragging furniture or equipment across the tile floors. Protective pads, mats, or floor coverings must be used for heavy equipment, stands, rolling cases, or furniture movement. Production equipment, lighting, tripods, and stands must be handled carefully to avoid damage to floors, walls, furniture, artwork, and decor. No nails, screws, staples, tape, glue, or adhesives on walls, floors, furniture, doors, or tile unless approved in advance. Candles, incense, open flames, smoke machines, haze machines, glitter, confetti, paint, powders, or messy materials are not allowed unless approved in advance. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance for a specific shoot or production. Guest count must not exceed the number approved in the booking. All setup and breakdown time must be included within the booking time. Guests are responsible for removing personal items, production materials, props, trash, and any outside equipment before the end of the booking. The space must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Any damage, spills, stains, broken items, or issues must be reported immediately. The host or house representative may be present during the booking to protect the property and assist with access.
