1. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the booking will incur the full booking fee (where applicable). 2. For bookings cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled date, a 20% charge of the original booking cost will be applied. 3. The Hirer must return the premises to its original condition at the end of the booking period, ensuring all personal equipment, props, and waste are removed and any temporary alterations are fully reinstated. 4. The venue must be returned in the same status and cleanliness as it was received, with all cleaning completed before the scheduled booking time ends. 3. Bookings cancelled with more than 1 month's notice will not incur any charges. 4. The event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost as long as we are notified at least 48h before the confirmed date. 5. If the studio is left untidy a £50 clean-up fee will be applied i.e. soiled and wet floors. 6. When hiring equipment you must pay a hire fee and if any equipment is broken you will be charged for the full amount. 7. Please do not remove items from the walls such as mirrors, fixtures or pictures; if you require assistance please speak to a member of our team and we will accommodate as much as we can. If the studio including furniture, decorations or hired equipment are damaged by you or your team, you will be charged the replacement cost of the item. 8. Extra time can be booked on the day at the discretion of the studio and subject to availability at an additional hourly rate. 9. If your session finishes before your allotted time you are not entitled to a refund of hours not used. 10. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged equipment during your booking. 11. The building must be left in the condition you originally found it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to the production or person whose name is on the booking. 12. No smoking inside the building or near any of the doors entering or exiting the building. 13. We reserve the right to take and share the behind-the-scenes photo(s)/video(s) of whatever shoot is happening inside our studios for promotion of our studio.

 14. Be respectful to staff. Any abuse will not be tolerated and you will be told to leave with no refund and banned from the studio.
