Glitter, confetti, powder, fake snow, sand, or any materials that are difficult to clean require prior approval and may incur a cleaning fee. Equipment & Facilities Only authorised personnel may operate studio equipment (lighting rigs, cameras, sound, and electrical distribution). Do not move or tamper with fixed installations, structural elements, or safety equipment. Personal electrical equipment must be PAT tested before use or approved by our engineer. Safety & Security Emergency exits must remain clear at all times. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors (designated outdoor area available). No open flames, pyrotechnics, or smoke machines without written approval and risk assessment. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The warehouse is a shared environment — keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
