Arrival Preparation: Notify us via WhatsApp 10 minutes before arrival so we can prepare and welcome you. 📱⏱️🚪 2. No Congregation: Avoid gathering on the terrace. Use the side of the square to respect our neighbours’ privacy. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🌳 3. Doorbell Use: Please avoid ringing the bell. A gentle knock will suffice, and we will likely meet you at the door. 🔔❌✊ 4. Occupancy Limit 🚫: The maximum occupancy limit, outlined in the agreement or platform terms, must be strictly adhered to and not exceeded. Additional guests, interviewees, or crew members attending the shoot must be disclosed in advance. 5. Property Care: Our 300-year-old home has heritage features. Handle everything with care. Avoid dragging suitcases on tiles or wooden floors. Toilets are delicate; flush gently without forcing the handle. All heavy equipment must be stored in the orangery 🏛️📦🚪 6. No Exterior Filming: Exterior filming or photography requires prior approval. 🎥🌳📸 7. Door Management: Limit in-and-out access during the shoot.
