This location is suitable for small shoots only, including photoshoots, interviews, podcast recordings, and small content productions. No large film crews, heavy kit, or productions with more than 10 people total, including crew and talent, without prior approval. This is an A-Listed property and must be treated with care. Nothing may be attached to the walls, ceilings, windows, or architectural features, including tape, command strips, gels, clamps, pins, or fixtures. Furniture may not be moved without prior permission. If approved, items must be lifted carefully by two people and never dragged. Please take care of the wooden floors at all times. No dragging, dropping, or rolling heavy equipment directly on the floor. Hard cases must not be placed directly on the wood, and protective coverings should be used where needed. No smoking, vaping, candles, or open flames anywhere in the flat or shared building areas. No pets or animals unless agreed in advance. This is a residential building, so noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. No amplified music, shouting, or disruptive activity. Only those included in the booking may enter the property. No extra visitors or unapproved crew. Productions should have standard public liability insurance. Very small creator shoots may be considered without it, subject to prior discussion and approval. Please leave the space in the condition you found it. All furniture and items must be returned to their original position, and any damage must be reported immediately. Common areas, hallways, and stairways may not be used for filming, holding, or equipment storage.
