Located in the London borough of Barnet this farmland site is approx 8 miles from central London/W1. It has its own area of hardstanding parking in the first field for approx 20 vehicles, is approx 1 mile from a tube station and has a London bus route at the entrance to the site. It covers nearly 30 acres made up of six grass fields, lined with ancient hedgerows and old oak tress. Adjacent to the site are two community halls available for hire for production/crew needs, power and water,  plus additional parking for approx 40 vehicles. 


There are no buildings directly on the farm, however there are adjacent community spaces which can provide kitchen and toilet facilities with prior arrangement. The farm itself is easily accessed via its own secure, hard standing entrance and with plenty of outdoor space on the farm, there is room to set up temporary crew facilities directly in the fields.

Plenty of dining and takeaway catering options are within 1 mile of the farm and hotel accommodation can be found within 1.5 miles. There is a local pub within walking distance with parking and food. 

GETTING TO THE FARM
The site is around 8 miles from Central London so can be easily reached via car in around 30-45 mins from W1 or by tube, bus or overland trains. The closest tube station is approx 15 mins walk or a 5 minute drive/bus ride away. There is one London bus that serves the site and stops right at the end of our private road. 

The farm is located close to major film studios, including Elstree, Leavesden and Pinewood.
