- The space must be used respectfully and returned in the condition it was found - All equipment must be handled with care and returned to its original position after use - Clean trainers only in training areas; no outdoor footwear on studio floors No food or drink on equipment (water permitted) - Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited - Noise levels must remain reasonable and respectful of neighbours - Any damage to interiors, finishes, or equipment must be reported immediately - The integrated sound system may be used only at agreed volumes - The location is available for professional use only (photoshoots, filming, content creation, events, workshops) - No parties or large-scale events permitted - All bookings must be approved in advance and used only for the agreed purpose - Any changes to usage, crew size, or schedule must be communicated prior to arrival - The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests, crew, and attendees - The hirer accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage, or breakage during the booking - Additional charges may apply for overtime, cleaning, or damages - The space must be vacated promptly at the agreed end time - House of Fitness Primrose Hill reserves the right to refuse or end a booking if house rules are not followed
