Event Space Cleaning Checklist During the Event 1. Ongoing Trash Monitoring o Empty trash bins when full. 2. Restroom Maintenance o Check restrooms periodically for cleanliness and do not flush any foreign items down toilet. 3. Spill Management o Immediately clean any spills to prevent accidents or stains. After the Event 1. Collect and Remove Trash o Gather all trash bags and empty them in the designated area. 2. General Cleaning o Sweep all flooring of any spills or trash that might have occurred during rental o Wipe down tables, chairs, and any used surfaces that might have product to its original condition. 3. Kitchen Cleaning (if applicable) o Wipe down all counters. o Ensure all food items are removed and stored appropriately. o Remove trash and place in trash bin located outside 4. Lost & Found o Collect any left behind items and store them in a designated area. 5. Final Walkthrough o Conduct a final check to ensure all areas are tidy. o Verify that all equipment is in place and in working condition.
