Bathroom - one at the back of the house, discuss before using ensuite. Discuss before entering bedrooms. Smoking allowed outside; inside needs to be discussed. Please also discuss with me use of fake blood to make sure theres a plan for it to be cleaned up properly! C-stands with tennis balls on the wooden floor please, and pelican cases either on table or on furnipads if on the wooden floor - no direct contact by anything which could scratch the wooden floor. Thank you :) If you come with a different sized crew than expected, the hourly rating will be adjusted to reflect that. If you need overtime, let me know with good warning, I'll try and accommodate.
