Indoor/Outdoor Showroom

The showroom contains valuable antiques and custom furnishings. All items must be handled with care. Moving, rearranging, or use of furniture and objects must be approved in advance and may require supervision. Any damage to furniture, artwork, or architectural elements will be the responsibility of the renter. A site representative may be required to be present during bookings depending on the scope of use. The space must be returned in the same condition it was received. All setup and breakdown must occur within the scheduled booking time unless otherwise agreed upon. Renters are responsible for ensuring that all guests, crew, and vendors respect the space and its contents at all times. Proof of insurance may be required prior to booking, depending on the nature of the production or event. No alterations, installations, or attachments (including drilling, taping, or fastening to walls/floors) without prior approval. Any use involving food, beverages, or large equipment must be disclosed and approved in advance.
