Industrial Production Studio w/ Lighting Grid

No Smoking. No drug use. No Nudity. ALL areas behind curtains are off limits. CLEANING The studio will be cleaned and sanitized before and after your rental. FURNITURE All furniture in the shooting side of the studio is available for use. If you move the furniture, please pick it up to move it, don’t drag. Please replace furniture in its original placement before you leave. SOUND Music at a reasonable volume is allowed in space with prior notification and approval. Playing music on speakers at a reasonable volume is allowed. Please respect our neighbors! SMELLS Space is not fully vented. Vaping/Smoking is not permitted. Harmful/toxic fumes/chemicals such as (but not limited to) spray paints are also not permitted. Fog or haze machines using ONLY water-based materials are allowed. TRASH It is the responsibility of the renter to remove his/her own trash after event. NO FOOD/WET TRASH LEFT INSIDE THE BUILDING. For removal, take food/wet trash to trash cans located outside the building by entrance. Recycling can be broken down and left in the blue trash cans located in the hallway.
