• The space must be left in the same condition as found. • Furniture may be moved for shoots but must be returned to its original position before departure. • No smoking, vaping or naked flames anywhere within the building. • No glitter, confetti, artificial snow, smoke effects or substances that may damage flooring, furniture or surfaces. • Any damage caused during the booking must be reported immediately and may be chargeable. • Production crews are responsible for removing all rubbish and equipment at the end of the booking. • Please respect neighbouring businesses and keep noise levels reasonable. • Access is limited to the areas agreed within the booking. • Bookings running beyond the agreed finish time may incur additional charges. • The location is suitable for photography, filming, content creation, interviews, workshops and creative productions. Please discuss any large-scale productions or unusual requirements prior to booking. • On-site parking is available. Details will be provided prior to arrival. • We are happy to accommodate reasonable requests and will always do our best to ensure a successful shoot.
