Rooftop Access: Specific safety protocols apply for rooftop filming; please discuss equipment weight and placement during the recce. Surface Protection: Floor protection (Ram Board or tennis balls on stands) is required to protect the internal flooring. Walls/Structure: No drilling, nailing, or painting of the exposed brick or walls without prior written consent. Overtime: Standard day is 10 or 12 hours; overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate. Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the building. Waste: Production is responsible for the removal of all "pro-waste" and catering trash. Recce: Site visits are welcomed and encouraged to plan power and lighting setups.
