Additional Terms
No drilling, painting, or permanent alterations to the space. All props, furniture, and ornaments must be handled with care. Ample insurance is required to cover any potential breakages or damage. Crew size must be limited due to the compact nature of the shop (max 6). No adult content or explicit filming permitted on site. Available with or without furnishings depending on the needs of your shoot. Back area includes a kitchenette and private toilet. All rubbish must be removed after the shoot, and the space left as found.
