Large Industrial Space for Shoots & Events

Please respect the space and the surrounding businesses. Keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly when entering or leaving the venue. Guests should remain inside the space during the booking. No crowds gathering outside, drinking outside, loud music outside, or leaving rubbish around the estate. Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. All rubbish, equipment, props and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking, and any spills or mess should be cleaned up. Smoking is not permitted inside the space. Any activities involving large crowds, alcohol, amplified music, special effects, smoke, fire, paint or anything that could damage the space must be agreed in advance. Bookings must finish within the agreed hire period, including setup and pack-down.
