Large, Light-Filled Contemporary Space with Open-Plan Living

This is a private residential property available for professional photography, content creation and commercial productions. Please note: • Maximum crew size of 8 people unless agreed in advance • Only the entrance hall, open-plan kitchen/dining/living space and garden are available for use • No smoking anywhere on the property • No events, public access or overnight stays • Protective floor coverings should be used where appropriate for heavy equipment, stands and production furniture • Furniture and equipment must not be dragged across floors • Any specialist equipment, animals, set builds or unusual production requirements to be agreed in advance • Productions are responsible for any damage caused during the booking The available shoot spaces are located on the ground floor. A member of the household may be present in private areas of the property during bookings and will remain separate from all shoot activities. Secure gated parking for 4–6 vehicles is available on site, with direct access to the shoot space via the garden and sliding doors. We are happy to accommodate professional crews and will always do our best to help your shoot run smoothly.
