Full terms are available on request but Pinewood operates on an exclusive hire basis, in that you have sole use of the venue and facilities during your hire. Pinewood does not employ a warden or full time caretaker so hire terms are based on a 'leave as found' basis where hirers are expected to clean the hall prior to departure. A refundable deposit to cover damage and or cleaning charges is applicable.
