• Respect the Space Treat the studio, equipment, and furniture with care. Leave everything as you found it so everyone can enjoy a clean, professional environment. • Be On Time Your booking includes setup and pack-down. Arrive and finish within your scheduled time to avoid overlapping with other sessions. • Volume & Noise Play loud and rehearse freely, but keep noise contained. Keep doors closed during sessions and avoid excessive noise outside the studio. • Equipment Use Use all equipment responsibly. Damaged or missing items may result in repair or replacement charges. • Food & Drinks Drinks are allowed only in designated areas. Keep liquids away from instruments, mixers, speakers, and electrical gear. No alcohol or illegal substances permitted. • Clean Up After Your Session Dispose of rubbish properly and return any gear or furniture to its original position before leaving. • Smoking & Vaping No smoking or vaping inside the building. • Safety First Keep emergency exits clear at all times. Report any hazards or technical issues immediately. • Respect Other Artists Be considerate of others using the space. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. • Security The studio is monitored for security. Personal belongings are left at your own risk. • Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
