- No shoes inside the property (or clean indoor shoes/shoe covers for crew where necessary). - Furniture may only be moved with prior agreement and must be returned to its original position at the end of the booking. - Please use protective coverings beneath heavy equipment, lighting stands and other kit to protect the wooden floors and surfaces. - No drilling, nailing, painting or attaching anything to walls/furniture without prior permission. Any tape used must be non-marking. - Any significant set dressing or alterations must be agreed in advance. - Crew size must be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional attendees should be agreed beforehand. - No smoking or vaping inside the property. - No pets or animals without prior agreement. - Food and drink should be kept to the kitchen/dining areas, other than water where appropriate. - Any breakages or damage must be reported to the host immediately. - Booking time includes setup and pack-down, so the property should be vacated by the agreed finish time. - Overtime must be agreed with the host and may incur an additional charge. - Children/minors must be appropriately supervised at all times. - No parties or events unless specifically agreed as part of the booking. - Outdoor filming/noise should be considerate of neighbours, particularly early in the morning or later in the evening. - All identifying personal items to be removed from area prior to filming. The property is our family home, so please treat the space, furnishings and personal belongings with care. Any areas that are not included in the booking will be identified on arrival and should not be accessed without permission. We're very happy to discuss reasonable requests ahead of your shoot and will do our best to accommodate your production - please just let us know in advance if you need to move furniture, bring specialist equipment or make any changes to the space.
