LITTLE PONY VERSATILE WAREHOUSE STUDIO STAGE

Welcome to Little Pony Versatile Warehouse Studio Stage! Please check-in upon arrival, and check-out at the end of each booked day with the Studio Manager. Street parking is usually fairly available, or inquire about renting off-street parking. Our building is a dark blue-grey building with a mural, in the middle of the block, ground level. There are also some oranges cones out front reserving space for you for street parking and loading. The studio office is through the gate beneath the 439 address number to the right of the mural. Little Pony is accessed via the parking lot or through the "PONY 2" stage, which the Manager will show you. All rental booking times include your setup and breakdown time. Overtime starts 1 minute after the contracted rental period ends, and is billed in 1-hour increments. If you need to change your booking times, please be in touch and we will do what we can to accommodate. WiFi is Electric Pony Studios and the password is ponyponypony. Inquire about secure overnight storage. Safety is a priority, so no stunts, no burnouts, no open flames, and no explicit pornography. Please report any injuries to us and fill out an incident report. Nothing is to be attached to the red sprinkler pipes. On-camera smoking is OK, otherwise, no other flames permitted. If you need to paint something, inquire with us if it's OK, and if you need to repaint it at the end. If you bring a vehicle indoors, it must have less than a 1/4 tank of gasoline, plastic/cardboard beneath it, and disconnected battery cables while on set. No parking indoors other than set vehicles. Equipment, production supplies, on-site parking, and props are not included in the hourly rental price. If you need to rent additional time, gear, or props during your time with us, let us know and we'll have you sign off on it. Art Department trash that exceeds one trash can provided needs to be removed from the premises. Bulky trash pick-up is a $350 add-on; please reserve this in advance. Your team is responsible for leaving the space as found, meaning all equipment and props are returned to where they came from, the trash and recycling are taken to the on-site dumpsters (just out the door of this studio) and the floor is swept of trash. If you've done a wet-down on the floor, remove standing water from puddling or floor cracks. We’re rolling with you. Frame it up and bring your artistry to life!
