- Please treat our home with care and respect during your shoot. - No smoking or vaping inside the property. - We kindly ask that noise is kept to a reasonable level, particularly when arriving and leaving. - Furniture and decorative items can be moved if needed, but please check with us first and return everything to its original place before you leave. - Any equipment that could mark or damage floors, walls, or surfaces should be suitably protected. - Please use only the areas agreed as part of your booking. - Food and drink are welcome, but we ask that all rubbish is removed at the end of the day. Do help yourself to coffee and tea's. - Crew numbers should be agreed in advance. - Children should be supervised at all times. - If any accidental damage occurs, please let us know as soon as possible. - We simply ask that the house is left as you found it at the end of the shoot. - If you think your shoot may run over the agreed time, please discuss this with us beforehand where possible, but we can be flexible.
